Sarah Cowan, Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Cowan Consulting Services, is a seasoned industry expert with over 20 years of experience in DOT operations, employer services testing programs, and regulatory compliance. Her career includes leadership roles as Director of Operations for ARCpoint Franchise Group, Regional Operations Manager for EMSI, Drug & Alcohol Collector Trainer, Business Development Consultant, and TPA Services Educator.

Since launching her consulting practice in 2022, Sarah has leveraged her expertise in lab testing, FMCSA, FAA, and FRA-specific account management, lab account setup, platform integration and training, background screening services, random testing program management, clearinghouse consultation, RFP writing and TPA program oversight.
